Creation 1. Sei is created because Yuni/Cure Cosmo is my most favourite Star Twinkle Precure. I want to find a 'partner' for her. Just like Hikaru Hoshina/Cure Star with Lala Hagoromo/Cure Milky and Elena Amaimiya/Cure Soleli with Madoka Kaguya/Cure Selene. 2. The reason why I decided to create Sei as an alien because both Madoka and Elena pair are humans while we have one human/one alien pair for Hikaru/Lala. So why not have an alien pair?😊 3.
